This lovely couple was looking to downsize from their current home to something a little more manageable. They were incredibly fun and optimistic during the selections and building process. Their 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home turned out beautifully!
By now, everyone knows that the construction industry is experiencing incredible demand, supply chain issues, price increases, and lack of skilled labor. The word ‘unprecedented’ is thrown around a lot and does not do justice to what we are experiencing. If your project is in the design or planning phase, we will continue to develop the plans and specifications for you, but we beg your patience as we finish up those who came before you.

Going forward, our only promise will be that we will do the very best we can for you. We will try to build reasonable schedules, including planned delays, but will also qualify them realizing we just do not know what to expect.
