Home Renovations, Yarmouthport
This traditional home in Yarmouthport built in the 1980s had never been updated. Colonial moldings, cherry cabinets and a formal dining room did not match our clients’ eclectic lifestyle. We repurposed the dining room into an office by closing a doorway, and incorporated a less formal dining area in the great room. Closing up the alcove above, and wrapping the brick fireplace with slate gave the room a more contemporary feel. Stacked white & gray shaker cabinetry in the kitchen allowed for extra storage and kept a bit of tradition in this colonial house. We also remodeled several bathrooms in the home and created a study above the garage.
